Mary Beth O’Cain

Mary Beth serves as Home Advantage Realty’s Assistant Director of Relocation Services. Originally from Lexington, SC, she is very familiar with Columbia and it's surrounding areas. Mary Beth moved to Downtown Columbia full-time after graduating from Clemson University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Supply Chain and Operations Management. Previously, Mary Beth worked as an intern with Home Advantage Realty and enjoyed it so much she decided to get her real estate license in 2020 while finishing up college. Mary Beth says, “I knew I wanted to work among the team at Home Advantage Realty. They truly care about their clients. They also know how to have fun and get the job done.” She enjoys keeping things organized, meeting new people, and always sees room for process improvement. She assists agents with relocation services and also supports them at the Devine Street office. Mary Beth holds a certification in Dotloop, a transaction management system, and is a certified Global Relocation Professional. Mary Beth is also involved with the Junior League of Columbia where she actively volunteers in the community including organizations such as Girls on the Run, Healthy Kids Fun Fair, and Habitat for Humanity.
