My family and I recently moved from Alaska to South Carolina and chose Martha to represent us as our buying agent after an exhaustive internet search, we were not disappointed! Martha was exceptional in shepherding us through the process despite the challenges of COVID, geography, and a ultra competitive housing market. While my family and I hope to not need a real estate agent in the future, if we do, Martha is the only one we will use!

Martha is/was wonderful! Martha took a lot of time with us. She promptly answered all of our questions. She made our buying experience smooth, organized and as stress free as possible. Martha is not only kind, but she is a hometown agent. She knows the area and has a lot of reputable contacts with regards to inspectors, painters and flooring representatives. Everytime we asked if she knew someone who could help us she always had a contact. As buyers not from the area, we found this very helpful. We have nothing but praise for Martha McCoy!

Martha is one of a kind and I could never have gotten through the process of selling my old house and buying the home of my dreams without her!! Martha is extremely responsive to her clients and provides HONEST feedback. She will be honest so that her clients know exactly what they are dealing with, even if they do not like the answer!!! Martha was engaged in a rather challenging home sale encounter. She provided the professional guidance to make it happen . She went above and beyond in keeping "Spirits" elevated even with the difficulty in dealing with challenging communications. She was able to get the sale completed with her exceptional communication skills and professional relationships.
