The Summit

The Summit is a 12.4 square mile planned community with more than 20 neighborhoods that were phased in between the early 1990s and early 2000s. The communities offer parks and community centers with pools, soccer fields, tennis, playgrounds and walking trails. Most neighborhoods range in price from the high $100,000s to mid $200,000s. There are a few communities where homes sell from the low to high $300,000s.
