Company Buyer Guide

Click above for a digital version of the new Buyer Guide that you can email to your buyers. For your initial in-person meeting with your buyers, please include the printed version in a HAR folder along with your state agency disclosure and buyer agency agreement. Doing so is an easy way to ensure you handle required agency disclosures and wrap up the buyer agency agreement at the same time. It also will make a positive first impression on the client. 

 

Please note that admins will have available copies of this guide, and we ask that you don’t request more than what you will immediately use for your current prospective clients. Please do not leave these guides in public places as a form of advertising where individuals outside of our company can take them.

 

I encourage you to read carefully the content of the guide to ensure we are all on the same page with our treatment of our buyer clients, particularly as relates to the following:

  1. Creating a personalized home search on KVcore that allows the buyer to interact with their search by requesting showings, saving favorites (that will be visible to you,) asking questions of you, and searching by map area if desired.
