Tammy joined the Home Advantage Realty – Chapin team when she relocated to the Lake Murray area. Having lived here for a few years, she knows the area well. Tammy found her dream home here in Chapin and would love to help you do the same. Tammy is married with two daughters. Her youngest daughter attends Chapin High School and her oldest daughter is married and lives in Houston, Texas. Tammy’s family temporarily moved here from Houston while her husband was working at VC Summer and the family bought what was supposed to be their retirement/vacation home on Lake Murray. When VC Summer shut down, her family moved back home to Houston, only to have their home destroyed by Hurricane Harvey one week after moving back. Tammy’s family is now living in Chapin on Lake Murray permanently and love it! Tammy says, “I enjoy quilting, fishing, restoring classic cars with my husband, going to classic car shows, traveling with my family and I attend Riverland Hills Baptist Church. I worked for a HOA/Management company prior to becoming a licensed Realtor®. I put the interest of the client above all else. Always! At my core is honesty and integrity!”
