Susan Longshore-Stover

With 27 years of experience in new home construction specializing in sales, design and marketing, Susan uses her unique skill set to assist homebuilders and developers with comprehensive neighborhood development plans, website creation with ongoing digital analysis, and social media strategies. Professional imaging, branding, online sales, staging, and model home merchandising will also be offered. In addition, Susan will assist home buyers with new construction processes including land acquisition and custom home builds. Susan is an active member in the Central Carolina Realtor Association, the Building Industry Association of Central South Carolina, the Sales and Marketing Council, and the American Marketing Association. A seven-time recipient of Marketing Director of the Year by the Sales and Marketing Council of the Building Industry Association of Central South Carolina, Susan also was named Member of the Year along with numerous awards for promotions, events and advertising over the course of her career. Susan was first licensed in real estate in 1995 and has worked in the Columbia, Greenville, Charlotte, Aiken/Augusta and coastal markets. She is currently serving as the 2023 and 2024 Chairman of the Building Industry Association’s Annual Home and Garden Show. South Carolina has been home to Susan her entire life. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor’s degree from the College of Applied Professional Sciences, a minor from the School of Music, and is a proud USC Band alum. She recently married her high school sweetheart, Derrell Stover and is mom to the “most incredible” junior at USC, Sullivan Grace Longshore. They live in Chapin with two dogs and enjoy spending time on Lake Murray with friends and family.
