Rita Bowles
AboutRita Bowles
RealtorRita Bowles has called South Carolina home since 1987. "My training background encourages me to teach clients what they need to know about the home-buying and selling process," says Rita. Having been in the real estate business for almost 20 years, she has seen the market through both good times and bad. She stated, "I've worked with people wanting to sell their homes, first-time buyers, and relocation clients. They all have special and unique needs, which is part of the fun of this job!" When asked what motivates her the most about real estate, Rita replied, "All the interesting people I get to meet. That may sound trite, but it is absolutely true." "I follow a tried-and-true process when helping a client, whether it is buying or selling a home", Rita declared. This process obviously works well for her as she has been recognized for her abilities, both by former clients and former companies. "With the marketing power of Home Advantage Realty, and especially their digital presence, the real estate process is so much easier for clients nowadays," she continued. Rita's clients must agree as they have praised her patience, market knowledge, and unflappable attitude with unexpected difficulties. Rita's interests are wide and varied. She has served as the Chair of the South Carolina Jaycees Camp Hope Foundation (a residential summer camp for individuals with cognitive disabilities) and continues to be a member of the Foundation. Currently, she serves as Chair of the SC Tuberculosis Association where she has been a board member since 2012. Rita was recognized with the highest honor given by the Junior Chamber International for her volunteerism and proudly proclaims she is JCI Senator #59336. However, her passion continues to be her animal rescue work, specifically with Golden Retrievers. Rita encourages everyone to consider adopting dogs first, even though she is a three-time "foster fail" herself.

What Our ClientsSay About Rita
Knowledge of the real estate market has got to be one of Rita's best characteristics. I'm a detailed person and I like having facts and figures. She was always able to back up any suggestions she made with valid reasons for doing so. I truly believe this is what sold our house as quickly as it did!
- Troup PartridgeI know I was a difficult client to work with since we had some special requirements. But, Rita's patience kept me from pulling my hair out during the process! Her calm attitude and constant reassurance that things could be fixed helped us finally get to closing.
- B.G.Rita has remembered us each year at Christmas with her calendars. We've looked forward to them for the last 12 years. I would recommend her to anyone just because she's the first person I think of when I hear "Realtor
