I bought and sold a home with Michelle. When we moved to Columbia, we had 48 hours to find a home and were unfamiliar with the city. Michelle spent the entire weekend away from her family to show us homes in different neighborhoods. She handled as much as she could from Columbia since we lived out of town for the inspections, closing, etc. We also used her to sell that house. We averaged one showing a day for 3-4 weeks straight and Michelle kept in constant communication with us for showings and also the closing. I highly recommend Michelle for your real estate needs.
