Marty Frick

Marty is a lifelong resident of Newberry county’s Little Mountain. Marty and his wife, Paula, reside in a historic home in Little Mountain, where Marty grew up. Marty served as the past president of The Little Mountain Reunion Association which hosts The Little Mountain Reunion Festival, South Carolina's Oldest Folk Festival. Marty also serves on the Little Mountain Town Council as Mayor pro tem. Marty enjoys kayaking, traveling, and occasionally a round of golf. Marty previously served as a Maintenance Supervisor at the University of South Carolina, and has since retired. Marty says, “ I have spent many years in various levels of the building industry, and I have the knowledge to work with people and to find a property that fits their needs. I also enjoy helping sellers maximize the value of their home prior to listing.
