Lan Ting Li

Lan previously resided in Nevada, a state known for its desert landscape. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, in 2016 and subsequently worked for Panasonic for three years. His background of growing up in China has given him the ability to speak Chinese fluently. In early 2024, Lan and his family made the important decision to relocate to the Columbia area in South Carolina. He noted, "I have learned that the population of this area is growing, which indicates that there will be more opportunities." In addition to his passion for serving customers, he has personally experienced the home-buying process as a buyer. As a realtor, Lan is dedicated to building long-term relationships with his clients and using his expertise to provide an enhanced real estate experience. He states, "My goal is to become a successful realtor in the real estate industry, and that is only achievable by proving myself to be trustworthy over time." In his free time, Lan enjoys playing table tennis and is a member of the local chess club. He loves living in South Carolina and takes pride in being a Chinese American. Lan hopes his clients will feel confident in choosing his services for their real estate needs.
