Carolyn Green started her sales career at the ripe old age of nine years old by selling Christmas cards door to door! The prize was a much-coveted acoustic guitar. Well, the guitar is long gone, but the love of helping people has stayed! Carolyn became a licensed real estate agent in South Carolina in 2005 but started her real estate career many years before that, as an investor. Concentrating primarily on land, Carolyn honed her real estate knowledge by buying undervalued properties and selling once the market realized the value.
