Amy Bundrick

Born in Columbia SC, Amy moved to Chapin in 1979 where she became an expert on Lake Murray and the surrounding areas. First licensed as an agent in 2005, Amy subsequently worked full time in sales at Ellett Brothers in Chapin. Her work experience there allowed Amy to hone both her customer service and negotiating skills, an invaluable combination in helping her clients. Amy says, “I missed being in real estate and helping people with the buying and selling process, so I decided to get back to what I loved in 2019. I go above and beyond to make sure my clients are satisfied. My hobbies are anything outdoors--I love fishing, hunting and boating! I look forward to helping clients both old and new and continuing my work with Home Advantage Realty.”
